Randy is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) delivering innovation solutions to large global corporate clients. He conceived and led the development of an industry-leading platform that digitally transforms all assets and processes for the management of all building functions. This platform is foundational in enabling AI to be used in optimizing building operations. Prior to joining JLL Randy had been an independent consultant assisting companies create, develop, and launch new technology products in various industries. He was the founder and CEO of six technology companies in the areas of airline reservations, telecommunications, Internet security and smart buildings. His career included being the President and CEO of Herman Miller’s smart building division, Convia, where he was responsible for developing and launching a smart building platform that monitored and controlled lighting, HVAC, and other building infrastructure.
