Michael J. Prichard CEO and Founder, Greenlight by Shift Engineering Michael J. Prichard is a serial founder specializing in digital transformation and artificial intelligence. He is the founder of Shift Engineering, which provides AI-first product development and strategy to enterprises, and the creator of Greenlight, which lets IT teams deploy and govern internal vibe coded apps. Before Shift, Michael founded WillowTree, which grew into a world-class digital agency and was acquired by TELUS for $1.23 billion in 2023.
