Rex Lee, a cybersecurity expert, shares his thoughts on the U.S. government allowing Nvidia and AMD to sell lower-end AI chips to China.

The White House recently announced that U.S. chipmakers Nvidia and AMD are allowed to sell lower-end AI chips to China.

As part of the agreement, the U.S. government receives 15 percent of the revenue from those sales.
